• Yours is an early-stage clean technology or social enterprise or profit-with-purpose business that is scalable and replicable

• You have a sustainable business model with a quantifiable social and/or environmental impact and can demonstrate an ability to repay finance

• You have a relevantly qualified team and strong governance structures

• You are open to active engagement with us to grow the business for greater impact

• There is a mutual expectation of financial returns at market rates or better

• Your business possesses identifiable exit opportunities
