May 12/26: Pitchcraft Masterclass:
The Art of Persuasion, Presence and Physical Storytelling for Impact-Driven Founders
When: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Where: Online
Pitchcraft is an interactive session designed to help founders to communicate the value of their businesses to investors and other stakeholders. The program focuses on effective storytelling from two angles: the content and its structure (ie: what to pitch), and the physical delivery of the message (ie: how to pitch).
We prepare you to tell the story of your venture in a way that is credible and leads to investor interest.
Participants gain skills required to confidently deliver a narrative that separates your pitch from the noise that permeates the startup landscape.
NOTE: A limited number of scholarships are available to high-impact teams as determined by application review.

Aug 6/26: Relational Leadership for Entrepreneurial Teams
Navigating Pressure, Building Trust, Sustaining Growth and Innovation
Lead Under Pressure Without Losing Trust
Entrepreneurial teams in companies big or small operate under constant pressure: fast decisions, limited resources, shifting priorities, investor expectations, and the emotional weight of building something new.
In this environment, leadership is shaped in everyday interactions: how decisions are made, how tensions are addressed, how feedback is offered, how conflict is navigated, and how trust is either strengthened or quietly eroded.
Relational Leadership for Entrepreneurial Teams is a one-day immersive workshop in downtown Toronto designed to help founders and entrepreneurial teams pause, reflect, and strengthen the relational dynamics that shape their ability to grow, innovate, and work well together.
Through guided dialogue, experiential practices, and practical tools, participants will explore how they respond to stress, difference, conflict, uncertainty, and team tension — and how to lead with greater clarity, presence, and intention.
